This course introduces the investigations and solutions of the research project eMasterCraft® and the practical implementation of eBusiness in craft enterprises of the construction and developer industry.

The following modules cover core topics like mobile time recording, document management system, master data management, etc. and present the benefits for business success. You gain insight in effective electronic business processes for SME and will be able to face future changes (work process design, procurements, software requirements, evaluation of software tools) with the acquired knowledge appropriately.

The research project „eMasterCraft® - eBusiness und standardisierte Stammdaten im Bau- und Ausbauhandwerk“ is part of the funding priority Mittelstand-Digital, supported until december 2015 by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) to promote the development and the broad-based usage of ICT-Applications in SME and craft.
